Chantilly guipure border

An extremely interesting border or insertion of "guipure", without point ground - looks like white cotton, which could mean Belgium. Seems to be all half stitch (check this) with gimp. Might be a white Chantilly guipure. A little loosely worked. Honeycomb brides, honeycomb variation fillings.

Purchased by the seller from Drouet.

It came with an old blue tag attached with a red loop thread reading
